i was inspired by this look when i got my contact lenses from the philippines. and wear this look last halloween, it was awesome.. A lot of people compliment it.. i used grey and black eyeshadow, and i used alot of eyeliner in my upper lash line. for more scary look i suggest to put more eye liner on lower lash line.. :)
